Join instructor, Brenda Bledsoe, for an hour of relaxation. Must be a Daphne Senior Center member and must sign up. This class is limited to 40 participants. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow for your head, eye mask, and anything else to make you comfortable. You may want a pillow for under your lower back or under your legs.
